Clemintine Virtual Sketch Oil

I love doing this virtual sketch challenge with other artist. It forces me to do something creative at least once a month.I know I need to do more paintings in order to learn more. I usually give other things priority because they are seemingly more necessary, but I have to tell myself that this is a part of who I am and I need to make time for it. N/A

Great painting Debbie. The colours are strong and give a luscious feel to the piece. Thanks for taking part this month.

I know what you mean. It is nice to do something with other artists to get you kick started. I am really enjoying all the different interpretations of this piece, which was not as easy as it looks.

You did a fabulous job. I like your choice of colours. It really is soft and dreamy.

I am glad you took the time from a busy life to make art. This piece is absolutely lovely. A beautiful rendition of this challenging reference photo.

Good for you!! I am in the same stage as you are. I cringed when I got rung up at the art store for one hundred dollars in paints...then I said to myself, "THIS IS WHAT YOU DO!!!! Its okay to spend the money!!" I am impatient to paint full time. Some day!! Nice work!!
